No mystery. No pressure. Here’s exactly what happens.
Working with a financial and business services firm shouldn’t feel like signing a blank check. This is our whole process, start to finish — including what it costs to find out what you need (nothing).
Start with Step 1 — It’s FreeFree Consultation (30 minutes)
A 30-minute conversation — phone, video, or WhatsApp, in English or Spanish. You talk, we listen: where the business is, what’s working, what’s keeping you up at night. Then we tell you what we see — what’s urgent, what can wait, and what you can safely ignore. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you in the right direction.
What to bring: Nothing is required. If you have them, your last tax return and a rough sense of your monthly revenue make the conversation sharper. What it costs: nothing — no obligation, and we won’t chase you with calls afterward.
A Written Plan, In Plain Language
Within a few business days you get a short written plan: what we recommend handling, in what order, and exactly what it costs. Flat prices wherever possible — formation projects, catch-up bookkeeping, and monthly plans are all quoted as fixed numbers, not open-ended hourly estimates. You review it on your own time. No countdown timers, no “this price expires Friday.”
What you get: A one-to-two page plan you actually understand — which is yours to keep, even if you take it somewhere else.
We Do the Work
You approve the plan; we execute it. Entity filed, books built, tax records organized, coverage placed — each item from the plan, checked off and reported back to you. You have one point of contact the entire time, reachable by phone, email, or WhatsApp. You’ll never discover something was filed (or wasn’t) by surprise.
Typical timelines: Formation: 1–3 weeks. Bookkeeping catch-up: 2–6 weeks. Insurance placement: days. Monthly services: running within the first month.
Your Back-Office, Year After Year
Most clients stay after the first project, because the value compounds: the team that formed your LLC keeps your books, the team that keeps your books prepares your taxes, and everyone already knows your business when a question comes up. Monthly bookkeeping, quarterly check-ins, annual reviews — and a real person who answers when something changes.
The measure that matters: Most of our clients have been with us for more than a decade. That’s the retention rate of a team doing its job.
